The insert ball bearing unit consists of a deep groove ball bearing with wide inner ring and a cast iron (or pressed)housing.The deep groove ball bearing with spherical outside surface and with sealing devices on each side.The basic structure of insert ball besring unit is shown in fig I , the insert bearing unit has a compact structure and self-aligning ability, it can be conveniently mounted and maintained. The bearing units have various types of perfect sealing devices and can operate satisfactorily under hard working conditions, especially for machines operating in dusty or muddy surroundings. Thus,they are widely used in agricultural machineries, construction machineries, spinning machineries, food working machineries and transmission machineries,etc. |
